Dear Sir, I have lodged compliant Tata Indicom (ID:104446.4.2014) as against excess billing in my land line number after your interruption i have been waived the excess billing assured about taking plan of lifetime paying Rs.500/- at one time & every month Rs.25/- & also charged in the bill of Oct-14 but now they are not providing the same. ( Scan copy attached of bill )
I like to have the said plan & confirmation from company to avoid issues & also not happen in future.
