Dear Concerned, I Sai Raj Jaiswal would like to submit that I hold 2 Mobile connections on my name from your organization. The Numbers for these connections are +91-9246802xxx, +91-8885553xxx and another number +91-9581001xxx from other service provider. I have a long pending dispute to be resolved against the Bill of Mobile No: +91-8885553xxx, As the dispute was not solved to my satisfaction I did not pay the bill for the said Mobile Number and got the same disconnected long back I have been receiving calls from different numbers stating them to be representatives of Delhi High Court, Delhi Consumer Court, Delhi Police threatening to make payment in the account or face consequences. In this regard I received a Call yesterday i.e. 18th July 2014 on my number +91-9246802xxx registered on my Name at 12:06, and I did not attend the call as I was busy with my work, when I called back from my number +91-9581001xxx at 12:16, one Ms. Pooja received the call and stated that there is a case in Delhi Consumer Court pending against my name and there will be a warrant released in my name and if I wanted to settle the matter Amicably I needed to call Mr. Jaswanth Rana on his Mobile: 08587851xxx. This conversation lasted for 2Min,06Sec. She threatened me with dire consequences and also said that the C ops would arrest me in a day’s time. I called up Mr. Rana on the said number at 12:22 from my number 9246802xxx which lasted for 1:18 Secs and again at 12:24 and the call lasted for 2:12Sec’s from my number +91-95810011xxxand the gist of the communication was that there is a case pending in Consumer Court and I had to attend the same in Tees Hazaari Court, New Delhi on Monday in Chanber NO: 3, u/s 420 with case no: DLA108 and If i wanted to settle the matter amicably I should make payment to the vendor on-line or I will be arrested by Hyderabad Police.
