I took Tata Photon Max Wi-Fi dongle in Delhi on 18 Dec. 2013 with no. 9212729692, Account No. 919703264. The Sales Executive in North Delhi Mr. Mahesh (9250757620) sold this connection and promised me a speed of 6.5 MBPS. However, the speed is just 0.14 MBPS. 1: No body gave me demo on how to register and activate internet connection on Photon. 2. After reading the User Manual, somehow I got connected after several failed attempts at 192.168.1.1. Even after my SO CALLED “ACTIVATION”, the net connection didn’t work for several hours. Once it got connected, the speed was dead slow. Even today, it was 0.14 MBPS. 3. I have been getting SMSs and Emails confirming registration of my complaint and promised resolution by such and such date but nothing happened except promises. 4. I got a call from Sunita (Executive at TATA) yesterday. She fixed an appointment with a technician yesterday at 3 pm. I made myself available at my office, but nobody turned up. Not a call followed after that. Customer Care said problem will be resolved by 28th Dec. 2013. 5. Got couple of messages from INDCOM that said the PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED (26 Dec. 2013, 9:47 AM). Same day (26 Dec. 2013, 11:54 AM) I got another message from INDCOM that complaint has been assigned to Praveen and he will GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. BIG CONTRADICTION. 6. I got a call from another Executive PRADEEP at around 3 pm and he promised to visit my office before 6. He didn’t turn up nor did they call me to inform. 7. I got SMS on my TATA LANDLINE that the complaint resolution date has been postponed to 3 Feb. 2014. Vow.
Either TATA TELE provide me promised services i.e. an internet speed of 6.5 MBPS and prompt customer complaints resolutions (not just complaint registrations). OR TATA TELE takes it Device back and return my money so that I can take another connection with some other service provider.
