I am being mentally harassed by Tata Indicom recovery agents and they claim themselves to be the legal team members of Advocate R K Gupta. Background : I had been using Tata Indicom pre-paid # # 9266167xxx, the initial plan was of per MB usage which I got converted to unlimited special plan of Rs. 500 through Mr. Varun from Tata teleservices (Mathura road branch) on May 10, 2011. He confirmed the plan would be activated in 24 hours. Having said this, we then started using our photon device after 48 hours and shocked to see the bill amount of Rs. 3200 for the month of May which was according to per MB usage and NOT inline with the unlimited plan as Varun committed and offered. I made my first formal complaint (#268532643)on June 12, 2011 and customer care rep assured me the resolution within 48 to 72 hours…In between I received couple of calls from customer care department to know the exact details which I gave multiple times; I also received a mail as an assurance to resolve the issue by June 18. Apparantly nothing was done to resolve my issue. I made another complaint (#273584399) on July 25th, 2011 with another assurance but no action was taken to resolve my problem except assurances. Now after couple of years, out of the blue I have started receiving calls from recovery agents who uses filthy language and causing lot of mental agony and harassment. I have retained all the documents and the mails I had sent to nodal department….This is absolutely uncalled for and unacceptable. I am getting the calls daily from landline # 011-48006xxx and Mobile number # 8826693xxx and the person on other side wanted me to go and meet R.K.Gupta in some chamber # …. at Tees Hazari court. Please suggest how to get rid of this…and advise.

Stop getting calls from Recovery team.
