Hello Sir/Mam, I am vijay kumar from Ambala city. Last week i bought tata docomo 3g data card which no is (7206002241)in 1650 Rs. from tata docomo 3g store, jain nagar, amabala city. I ask them before purchasing this device that in my area tata docomo network is too low. so please give me demo for 3g that its availble in my house or not. then they ask me we cant provide you the demo. we gurantee that this device will work in your home beacuse we sell 4-5 device in your area and its works. and told me if device is not working then we will refund your payment in 7 days. then i m satisfied and bought Tata docomo 3g data card which no is 7206002241 in 1650 rs. And after activation i use it in my home. and i m surprised that its not working in my home. i call in the office they ask me that our one technical team member will come to your come and check what the issue. And there is 3 days passes away. no one come and even they not pick my call. So please help me for this. Thanks Vijay Kumar

1. They take there device back and refund my payment which is 1650 rs. 2. Otherwise they solve the network issue for my device.
