my main balance got deducted for using net in my mobile while i had the net balance and the customer care number is not connecting even when I tried almost for 2 hours continuously. I’m very much upset with your service and no response or connectivity for customer care.a total of 25-00 balance got deducted from my main balance in two deductions. please refund the balance as soon as possible otherwise I will make a complaint in consumer forum.
