For more than 1 year I was facing network issue which they have not resolved and when we are demanding they offered wavier and committed to resolve the issue. Now they have not resolved and when we are asking for the status no reply we are working on it.

To resolve the issue permanently ASAP and till then wavier of 50% on my bill which was communicated by their team through mail earlier.
