The net in my T24 connection no.9029827855 goes off every now and then.It suddenly went off on 18.10.13.I registered a complaint on hotline on 19.10.13 and was told that it will be resolved by 22nd.I lost 5 days of use here and even after that I made so many calls, visited the tata center in Thane but my problem is not solved.My 948 mb is still balance and I am not able to do any use of it and net connection goes off every now and then.All the solutions given by the customer care department are failed. The plan is valid only upto 28.10.13.

I lost my money i.e I could not use the plan.

Money to be compensated, in the form of talktime will do.
