Have applied for new post paid connection and paid Rs.1300/- for the same on 15th Dec 2012. They have given me SIM with acknowledgement. When I have asked for the receipt, she said “no receipt, only acknowledgement”. But not activated till date. Approached their office more than 5 times includes Koramangala, spoke to dozens of people through customer care, but got very rude response. Indirectly they communicate “Do what ever you want”.

I want the money paid by me as advance rental to be refunded along with the interest for whole one year and some kind of penalty, so that they will not do the same with any other customer.
