Tata Indicom – poor connectivity no resolution provided

I purchased 3G dongle from Tata in Aug’13 with 3 months (Aug-Oct) advance rental plan of Rs.3000/-. Since starting the connectivity was spoor & As per Tata, my locality comes under weak signal coverage area. I had made several complaints but no resolution provided. In sep’13 I received bill of Rs. 4589/- So I closed the connection on 3rd Oct’13. I asked Tata that when am using unlimited plan than how come my bill reached to that amount so they confirmed that this is roaming charges. Now when the connection was sold to me, why this information was not being shared with me that the are am living comes under weak coverage area & about roaming charges? I clearly stated to the sales guy that in my job I require to travel also but no information given at that time also. But since I have already paid 3 months advance rental, I do not had have any option. Now when I did not pay their outstanding bill, they filed complaint again me in Lok-Adalat. Please tell me where is my fault. Due to them I suffered a lot for 3months. My work hampered a lot & no resolution provided by them.They done fraud with me & now why should I pay the amount when I have not used the connection. Please provide me justice.

I want that you file Fraud case against Tata so that while selling the connection they share the proper & correct information with the innocent customers. Also they should waved of my Outstanding amount and clear it with my advance rental. I dont want Tata to trouble me anymore. Please call me incase any further information require. Looking forward for justice.
