Hi, I am a customer of TATA docomo prepaid, tamil nadu. My mobile no is 7200562060. I have registered 2 complaints in tata docomo regarding poor quality of signal in a specific area. The complain no of them are PNR2012297109 and PNR2012320310. Both the time it is acknowledged by tata docomo authority is there is poor signal in the area I specified. Every time I got call from customer care that they are working in my area to improve signal quality but Still I can’t see any kind of improvement in signal. They even specified that tata docomo will install a new BTS in our area so within 2-3 months I will get good signal. But it is already very long but I can’t see any improvement in tata docomo signal. The area I specified is my workplace. So everyday for almost 9-10 hours my phone become out of service area of tata docomo. Recently I contacted TATA docomo appellate authority on 9th jan 2014. I got automated reply that within 2 days they will conatact me. But still they didn’t contacted me. I can also tell you that in the specific area signal of airtel,vodafone,aircel,BSNL is very good. For your information the area where I didn’t get any signal of tata docomo is C3, CHIL Special Economic Zone,, Keeranatham Village,, Saravanampatti via Coimbatore, TN-641035
