Am using TATA DOCOMO network.I recharged for Rs.67,a special voucher on 25.04.14. Recharge was successful and transaction id is 100003766363125. But on 29.04.14, I lost almost Rs.100 while talking with my friend.According to the booster,I should have lost only Rs.20. After that,I made a complaint in 198.They told,they had some technical issues. So they gave assurance for refund.But I didnt get a refund. refund came after 2 days.
I just need my money which I had lost in this transaction, which is Rs.150
