This conversation is self explanative. I am being wrongly charged. Nobody is listening. Dear Abhik, When I recharged my number with Rs. 39/- on 20-06-2013, its validity was for 180 days. If you have reduced the validity now, I should not be affected by current changes. I must get this benefit for 180 days and in no case you can overcharge now. On 20-06-2013, I recharged my number with Rs. 39/- to get the following: 1. First 60 seconds of the day @ 1.3 paise per second. 2. Thereafter every call @ 1.3 paise per second for first 30 seconds and next 30 seconds free. 3. Validity – 180 days. You should have checked these facts before writing to me. These kind of silly mistakes are not expected from a company like Tata Docomo. Now how can you compensate for my losses? Vinay S Upadhyay.
