i have recharged my phone no 9256092882 of 105 (tata to tata free calling) on 9th march via online portal, even after they are deducting the amount from my balance & told me that they have technical issue with in company, now they are not refunding the amount they charged neither activated free calling instead they are saying your pack validity will be for 21 days applicable from 9th march. kindly get my issue resolved.

i want to get refund and activate the package from the date when they resolve their internal issues.
