Respected sir, my mobile No. 90437530304(tatadocomo) ihave recieved no of messages on 31-07-2013 which is furnished bellow ;- TD-610449 RC201=Rs201 FTT Only for you!! Recharge for for Rs.201 & get full Talktime of Rs.201 (extra TTRs22.10 within 72 hrs). Applicable only once. Offer valid till 31Jul As per the above msg i have recharged in to my mobile No. 9043753034 for Rs. 201 on 31.07.2013 at about 20.32hrs vide transaction ID : 100002925098329. but it is observed that only Rs.178 is creditted at the same time. after its happen i have called to cus care reprsetitive of tata docomo they suggested me that remaining amount will be credited within 24 hrs and disconnected my call without taking any complaint. and again called to representive of same operator on 01.08.2013 and he also suggested me that after 72 hrs remaining amount will be creditted i requested to lodge complaint and ask complaint referce No. he denied and call transfered to his senior official the official was told that remaining amount not crediting to your account. and i asked to reason why? he is not given any specific reason and disconnected my call. in view of the above it is requested that please be refund/credit my remaining amount Rs.45.10 in to my mobile No. 9043753034

Remaining amount Rs. 45.10 ( rupees 45 and paisa ten only) prepaid taxi amount from my house to recharge point Rs. 300/-
