My Name is Jeeva, My Tata Photon number is 9035022029 August 2013 I have buy Tata photon 3G dongle at Infosys office bangalore, I am in corporate plan 750 (Unlimited(2G) – monthly 5GB free(3G)) Issue 1: Incorrect data displaying in the ‘data used’ column of My account page in tata photon website Issue 2: My network speed is reduced to 2G from 3G, I have used only approximately 2.5GB out of 5GB Issue 3: Network signal issue Due to the above issues i have disconnected my tata photon number on September 20, 2013 they have promised to give refund of Rs 2250 which i have paid for 3G dongle but still now they have not refunded the amount and they have generated the bill for november 2013th month even thoungh my number was disconnected in september 20 2013 CONTACT ME :08088552791
