Tata Indicom – Speed problem I faced from day one

My Photon No: 9212314188, i am not getting satisfactory service, No proper speed (as per revert from customer care problem can’t be solve) so in that case I don’t want to become dummy user. as I am new customer 1.5month old and problem I faced from day 1 even after continuous calls & complains problem still there. So I want to understand about termination policy In case when you guys are not able to provide proper or committed services. If I was terminating my connection due to my XYZ reasons I can understand your all policies which was explained by your representative on call. 1> No refund on advance rental – Even without services 2> INR 1500 penalty as per contract if user terminate within 6 month- Services are terminated because of bad network and no solution provided by TATA PHOTON team. Please let me know where I was wrong?? Is my decision to switch to TATA PHOTON was wrong? Is my decision to registered as advance rental program was wrong? Is it my fault that I am not getting good services? Is it my fault that I trusted on TATA brand? here are the complain number which i open 1> 383410699 -07/10/2013 2> 384518837 – 16/10/2013 3> 384546279 -18/10/2013

I want to understand whose fault if services are not provided then why should i pay termination charge. as per TATA every customer paid,I agree i must be pay same if i was terminating due to my issues, but here Services are not provided and asking for rent or termination charge.
