Tata Indicom – Tata photon netwrok not working for 20 days Customer care poor service

I have a postpaid tata photon + connection which i purchased under a plan from tata in september 21st 2013. Plan was to pay Rs 5000.00 in advance and enjoy internet for 6 months in which first 6 GB was at high speed and then it was lower speed. It was working fine but since Nov 25, 2013, the network is not working. Customer care says that tata docomo is facing some technical problems but initially they told it will be resolved in 24 hours, But till current date (10th dec 2013) it has not been resolved and we are not able to work on internet. This cause a big problem since we do all of our transaction and work through internet. There is no current deadline when the issue will be resolved and i got a feeling that i am stuck after paying 6 month rent in advance. My tata photon number is :9214005342

have paid 6 months rent and it worked fine for 2 months. So rent of 4 months which is around 3300.00 Rs should be refunded. Also I lost around rs 3K daily since i was not able to work as a freelancer on internet. hence this amount comes to around Rs 50,000.00 (Rs 50 thousand only) Also the mental harrasment and phone bills which happened because of multiple interactions with tata photon team .. Rs 1,00,000.00 (Rs 1 lac only)
