Tata Indicom – Un-Necessary deduction of balance customer care not listening

I had done a recharge of Rs. 251/- on dated 27/12/2013 on my Tata Docomo no. 8871559020 in which i get 200 as a main balance and 1gb 3G data for usage After that i try to use internet for using that data, but due to very slow internet connection, not even a single page is opened. It continues for 3 days and after that whole 1gb data and 200 balance is deducted on 30/12/2013. After that i had complained to Tata Docomo customer care but they are not listening the problem and are not ready to correct their mistake.

I want my balance Rs. 200 back and also 1gb data as I got as early as possible.
