Respected Sir/Madam, I am a customer of tata DoCoMo.My account no.is 9214006918.I am under a plan of 5gb unlimited of Rs.600/-p.m.But this last bill which is raised by tata DoCoMo is of Rs.1816/- saying that I have consumed more than 7 gb.But according to my plan upto 5 gb speed is 3.2mbps after 5 gb its reduced.In unlimited plan only speed is reduced but no extra charges are made for extra usages as per given plan.this plan is given to me by tatadocomo stating that it is an unlimited plan and no extra or hidden charges are applicable but now they are saying that it was not that plan.Bill according to my plan will be Rs678/-only but they are demanding Rs.1816/-.Its simply Cheating Case by tata DoCoMo.Its an unnecessary burden they are imposing . Kindly Help me out as soon as possible Before due date of bill i.e.14/may/2014,otherwise they will impose late payment charges also.
