I was allotted Tata indicom no. 9212724003, last month. I am already using a voodafone connection. But because of professional reasons, as i have to be on tour most of the time to rajisthan, punjab and mumbai, i wanted the Tata Indicom connection, Roam 450 plan, the 1 india plan where we can receive calls, free on roaming also. I got the no. of a dealer for Mr. Lalit 9212109880, Tata indicom in Greater Kailash 1. His sales man, made me write my name and address with my signatures on the form and gave me the sim. He did not issue me any duplicate form. I had told him clearly that i require such a connection. He did not even issue me a recipt of the advance that i had given him. He said iot would be reflected in my bill.I did not receive any welcom call that tells you about your tarrif plan, nor did i receive any welcome letter. So i was of view that the same no roaming plan had been activated.I received calls at roaming as i was of view that mine is a no roaming plan.I hardly made any oother calls. Now when i receive my bill, the bill reflects that some other plan had been activated against my no., which i was not even informed of. When i called Tata helpline, they said that they can not do anything as the problem is on the dealers end and i have no proof that i had requested for that plan, even when my call statement cleraly reflects that i used the connection as per that plan only.They ask me for duplicate of the form, which practically no dealer gives, and we are not even aware of this type of forms. Now they have barred my calls, both incoming and outgoing, for the last week and half and no body is ready to give a solution.The dealer has been delaying the whole thing. The excess bill is of Rs. 600/- which i do not wish to pay. I have also intimated them that i am ready to pay the rest of the bill. Please provide a solution as it has now become a headache for me. Even after my regular follow up for the last 1 and a half week, i am yet to receive any call from them. I want these charges to be put back and activation of my connection.
