Dear sir I have recharged with rs.251 in which i got 1gb 3g data and 200 rs talk time. But my previuos data of approx 1gb got zero and talk time of rs. 1.54 carry forwarded. It was not know to me so by using Internet they deducted my main balance account for Rs 165/-. According to my calculation i must have 1gb 3g data but i had validity for that data and with overlap recharge previous data got nil. The software system which tata docomo is using is not custumer friendly as my 1 Gb data got lost with new recharge within validity period. It is not beneficial for any customer that with new recharge previous data becomes nil with out giving i formation to customer . So please reverse my main balance account and my 1gb data. also, as per their records the recharge of Rs. 255/- is active on my number on 12-10-2013 at 23.21.28PM with the benefits of 2GB data and the same has been lapsed by the RC 251 of 1GB 3G data on 19-10-13 at 23.35.41PM and as of now you data balance is 2.83 MB and validity upto 17-11-13. Answer replied by tata docomo is given below and that is not justified the below condition its is a not customer friendly. However, be informed that, when a new data pack is activated on your number, by default the old data pack gets lapsed by the new recharge. Kindly make a note of the same.
