i purchased tata indigo manza aura abs saffire from aastha motor, patna on 29th oct 2010. At the time of billing accounts officer of showroom told me that due to unavailability of electrecity we can generate computerised bill there i will get manual bill. And at the time of purchase car, i also paid extra Rs. 4190.00 for 1 year extended warranty and i got a booklet. Now, from last 6 six i am running in both guinea motor and aastha motor as fuel pump of my car is not working, head lamp is also not working properly and both of this is very major problem of my car. but from last six month both of them are just giving me excuses. On 17th i again visited to workshop of aastha motor, i met to CRO Ms. Manorma and i told my all problem to her and she agreed to replace fuel pump in extended warranty but at that time i got to know that till now from the time of purchasing car my extended warranty has not punched by showroom. when i again went to aastha motor showroom and i met Mr. Jitendra and told him that why till now they had not punched my extended warranty in record of tata motors. At that time he told me that they are not having dealer copy of extended warranty of my car. and he told me to call on monday and if he will get the copy then i will get benefits of extended warranty and if they will not get and i will get return of my Rs. 4190.00. On monday i again called to mr. jitendra and also called to general manager of aastha motors, but they just to me that company had rejected your warranty and u can take your money back. Now you just tell me that i paid money for extended warranty and when i got problem in my car then dealer will tell me to take my 4190.00 amount back. If company rejected my policy then why they did not informed me that time only.
my extended warranty date will over on 29th oct. fuel pump and gear box of my vehicle is not working properly. and both of this cost around 20000 rupees . so it is my request to ask them to work in warranty
