Dear Sir , I have purchased a Tata Indica EV2 LE from KB Motors Private Limited, Ballygunge in the month of October,2012 but yet to received the Smart Card of the said car. During delivery of the said car, they told that Smart Card will be send to my address within 6 month of registration, but after 6 month when the same has not been delivered to my address i called them up & they assured that they will speak to broker(the person who have done the car registration process)& will give it to me within one or two week. Since then i have called thousands time to get the same.I have sopke to Mr.Roky , Mr.Sing(Branch Manager) , Mr.Mehata Ji & some person from account dept but could not received the solution. Please note that said car is a commercial vehicle & due to not having Samrt card i was unable to run the car since September ‘2013.Without Smart card unable to renew Tax and Insurance which was expired on November’2013 and failed to pay EMI & in huge loss . Please help me out to get the solution on urgent basis.
Please note that , i am not in position to renew the Tax to get the Smart Card as it was already surrendered to financier(Tata Motors Finance Limited) but not been picked up by Tata Motors Finance Limited and i am paying Rs.1000/month as garage fee
