The above mentioned Nano saw 3 breakdowns in less than 180 days (1st one was on 22nd May, 2nd one in Sept, and then 3rd one on 7th Nov) and with less than 2600kms on odometer and Tata Motors indulging in their rhetoric response that they don’t want to do anything different to earn back our trust in this defective vehicle.
Any of the following in the order of preference: 1. Refund the whole money for this defective vehicle. 2. Replace this defective unit. May be by showing this as a defective vehicle recall case. 3. A written assurance that the vehicle wont break down for next 12 months and if it does breakdown, the unit will be either replaced or full refund will be provided.
