1. Very first week after the vehicle was purchased on 21/02/2007 , the CLUTCH was to be replaced and the reasons not known.Though it was done by the Tata Authorised Service Centre ( Koyenco Auto,Cochin) but the reasons not known. 2. The DASH BOARD paint was peeling off and was reported to the Tata Motors as well as Concord Motors at Cochin.They wanted to charge this money to money to me as it happened after warrnty period ( Dec 2010 ).Reported a complaint ( Number – 1-11324892913 )and then Tata Motors and Concord accepted that the DASH BOARD paint is of inferior quality and most of the cusotmers have reported this problem.Hence I was given free replacement. 3. During the same time ( Dec 2010 ) the TURBO was reported to be faulty, the vehicle has hardly run for FOUR years.It was covered under EXTENDED WARRANTY but still both Tata Motors and Cocord Motors wanted to charge this money ( App. Rs 60000/- ) to me which I refused and lodged a complaint ( Number 1 – 11324892913 )and only after that they gave FREE REPLACEMENT of TURBO. 4.My recent complaints ( 1-19310765951 and 1-19329404481 ) and written communications to Mr Nagesh Pinge,Himanshu patel,Deepak Debey and Karl Slym stating the INFERIOR QUALITY of the product mentioning various examples from Automobile Experts and Cutomers using DiCOR Engine designed by Tata Motors and paying or have paid HUGE COST towards the vehcile maintenance.None of my requests are being looked into to provide following A)Free Repair/Free Replacement of the vehicle as the engine design is faulty B)Provide me the Reimbursement of Rs1100000/- as I am forced to purchase a new vehicle as my TATA INDIGO is under repair since 21/06/2013 C)Many such customers have gone through similar experince like me and have escalated these issues to the HIGHEST LEVEL in Tata Motors in past SIX YEARS ( even during their vehicles were very much UNDER WARRNTY ) , so in the larger interst of the CONSUMERS and provide better quality products TATA should RECALL all their DiCOR engines and provide free replacement to all the consumers. D)Tata Should provide a clear ESCALATION MATRIX on their website so as to reach to the higher levels in case the lower levels do not respond to. E)Tata should also provide clear jsutification why a FORGERY AND CHEATING charges should not be imposed on them as the above incidents clearly indicates clear involvement of all the people at TATA MOTORS to continue delivering the FAULTY products to customers and keep charging HUGE MONEY. I wish to quote a recent verdict given by one of the CONSUMER COURTS against Tata Motors and Karl Slym wherein the customer is to provided all the repair charges and also SIX MONTHS TERM to Karl Slym.It is surprising that even after such incidents they have not improved their services nor their attitude.
