I have taken a tata photon data card (No. 9225500673 )and I Requested to change my plan 2GB@475 Unlimited from 2GB@400 through email on 14th june. My plan got changed to 4GB@600 without my knowledge and consent. When I again sent the mail to change my plan 2GB@475 unlimited they changed it to 2GB@400. I Filed the same case on ccccore.in with case no 49984/4/2012 on 12th Dec 2012. Nobody from Tata photon spoke to me about the issue and they closed the case. The reply given by them is utter lie. Discount of Rs. 200 was given because they made my plan 4GB@600 without my knowledge and consent, which I did not ask for. They did not change my plan to 2GB@475 which means I should not get the bill more than 475+tax. I have written proof (e-mail) of all the communication. If anyone wants I can produce it.

1. Immediate Start of my service. 2. I have said many a time that I ready to pay 475+tax. Which I am still ready to pay that. But they should pay me 20000 INR for my loss because the stoppage of my service.
