My device activated on 23rd december 2012. After using for few days i learned that speed is restricted after 6GB of data usage. I issued a cancellation request to the service. Customer care people told me that their will be no charges. On 12th january 2013 (before completion of even a month) they sent me a bill for the device. I already paid for the device upfront for the first month. They didn’t cancelled the device and they billed me next month as well. Their people hangup my calls when i complain about this. When i call them they keep telling me new schemes if i continue using the device and that they will give me concession on the bill amount. They call me and force me every time that you have to pay two months bill. And they tell me that i am still using the device. I just wanted to use the services that i already paid in advance to them.
As a student i had to cut my allowances to buy their device, for which i paid in advance for high speed unlimited usage but i didn’t get. They disturbed me everyday by calling and telling me that my payment is due.
I just want nobody to disturb me from their company via phone or email, by telling me that my bill payment is due.
