Tata Photon Plus – Wrong Billing Cheating

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to raise a complaint agaist TATA PHOTON PLUS internet service I am using a internet connection of tataphoton plus no-9213573517,it was ealiar prepaid connection but three month back I got a call from tata company that “we will convert your pre paid connection into post paid @ 200 per month only if you say” then I give them my consent for Rs.200 per month but for the first month after convert my connection into post paid I got rs.196 bill which I had paid and second mean last month I got rs 337 bill although I was not using internet last month because my laptop was out of oerder infact they can check there end that there were no use in last month still they generate bill of rupee 337 which was totally wrong,now when I called up to tata cutomer care to change my connection again into pre paid as their executive cheated me to saying wrong of billing ruppee 200 per month so their executive replied that firstly you paid the last month bill then visit our outlet with two photos,one ID proff etc etc then after we will change your connection. I want inform you that,why I should pay the bill of rupee 337(last month bill) if I was not using the net and they cheated me too with their wrong calling by their executive,kindly do the needfull.
