Hi, I’m Soumya Ghosh, currently using Tata Photon+ dongle postpaid connection and the phone no is 9230500245. I’m not able to use the service in Gushkara (Burdwan dist). When I called customer service they said Tata Photon+ service has been switched off from this location. They didn’t inform the customer whether the customers want to stay with them despite of their service unavailability of these locations. When I took the connection I used to do access from everywhere. If they are not able to provide the service then they should take the dongle back and refund back the money to the customer. I don’t need the money, I need the service. So if they are able to provide the service then I’m happy or else I want my money back, to get another service provider for everywhere.
