I have made are request for HD Upgrade on 17th October 2013 and amount for the same got debited from my account after some time only without installing the HD Box. Due to non-availability of mine and family members I have cancel the request on the same day and representative have assured that my debited amount would credited by 18th October 2013 which was not done and my account got deactivate on 19th Morning. Further my discussion with Ms. Kranti on Tata Sky Helpline, she has assured me that once billing department will resume by 10:00 AM my services get activated but NOT DONE TILL WRITING OF THIS EMAIL. I have again spoken to Mr. Rahul (So Called Supervisor) who is accepting the mistake but saying that it will done by today / tomorrow morning. As being a customer I should not suffer due to your internal communication gap. When I have asked him to do this activation on TOP Priority, he said NOT POSSIBLE.
If it will not be done, as earliest and Compensate for the same. I have wasted my time for talking them and writing email to the concerns.
