Tata Sky – amount is debited recharge not receive

Sir / Madam, With due respect, I like to ventilate the following fact for your kind & quick action. I have recharged my TATA SKY ( Id no :- 1068808524) from my State Bank of India through online net banking on the 26/01/2014. The recharged amount is 200 & this amount is debited from my SBI a/c with transaction no IGQ3292286. But I do not see my TV though I have recharged my TATA SKY from a dealer with the same amount. But till today, customer care of TATA SKY is telling that they do not receive my Rs.200 which is done by myself through net banking of SBI Bank. Sir / Madam, At the out set, I convey my all regards to you. I have recharged my Tata Sky with an amount of Rs.200 through online net banking on the 26/01/2014. But I did not see my TV. Then I recharged from a dealer. But till now, I do not get Rs.200 which I recharged through net banking. That is why, I want to get my Rs.200 only. Thanking you.
