today,i.e 23rd Nov i have recharged rs 1500 to my tata sky a/c no 1025986892. i was continuing with dhamal mix as my base pack on semi-annual basis and had sports1 pack as add-on basis. before recharging ;i have deactivated my add-on pack.but afted recharging tata sky automatically activated my base pack to supreme sports pack from dhamal mix pack without taking any consent of mine.i have done a chat with their help line.chat ref number is 1806046. they did not replied me finally on this regard.

I want refund and switch over to dhamal mix pack from existing one.
