Sir, I wanted to watch BWF INDONESIAN OPEN badminton tournament hence, I had subscribed star sports 2 on Thursday. suddenly next day the event was shifted to star sports 1. which was again paid channel. according to rule i can shift or close channel only after one month. Hence I have to again go for new subscription. Tata sky is also not allowing me to switch to combo pack since I had chosen star sports 2. For separate star sports 2 I will be paying again 40/- and get only two channels for 80/-. where as for 75/- combo pack is offering six channels. My first complaint is against Star sports to switch the event midway and making fool of viewers. Second complaint is against Tatasky who is not allowing me to shift my choice from single to combo.

Such sudden changes one should not make and if at all it is compulsion then customer should not be penalized for it.
