Tata Sky DTH Digital TV – No Signal – No Service

My Tata Sky Digital TV set top box is not receiving any signal. I have contacted the customer care, but they have only made fake promises and given fake times for fixing this. They have not contacted me or sent anyone to fix the issue. I have raised this issue with them multiple times and they have not been acting to resolve the problem

They have been charging for the connection daily. But have not been providing service 2. They have given me wrong timings, due to which I had to be absent from the office in that time. I want this to be fixed and compensation for 3 times the charges they have made for all the non servicing days.
