Tata Sky – Failure to provide timely services

I registered my complaint to tata sky on 14.08.2014 aviod my complainant docket number EJHNFEP…..till today 9.00 pm my complaint is not resolved. Today 16.08.2014 since morning i hve called them nt less than 5 times..bt i ws given assurance that engineer would come and solve the problem till 2 pm. I waited than again i called them again i was given time at 4pm..than again i calld i was given time at 7.45.its at this moment 9.00 pm my complaint is nt solved.

I am given false commitment. Today I dint went to my business meeting which was very important for my business.

I want written apology and commitment for timely service
