I was falsely promised that if I paid Rs 2100 INR my Tatasky account(base Metro pack and add ons- English entertainment and free regional channels) would be recharged for 6 months. I had recharged for regular recharge, online with Rs 2100 (thru debit card, Union Bank) and had not selected or dropped any packs. The company is going back on its promise, saying only the base Metro pack will be recharged; for add on packs I need to pay Rs60 INR per month.

I want the amount of Rs 2100 INR to be spread over my entire pack(base Metro pack and add ons- ENglish entertainment and free regional packs) for 5 months , if necessary. I do not want only the base metro pack to be recharged.
