Tata SKY HD – Signal issue Charging after termination request

Dear Sir, I had taken Tata SKY HD connection and due to signal issue had switched to Airtel HD. 2 months back I had a balance amount of Rs.500 and had placed a request with call center to terminate the connection. I did not even ask for refund that time. Now today I noticed the connection is still active but in inactive state and overdue amount of Rs.194. I have recharged for 200 and again asked to recharge for another 15 rupees. I did that also. Now they have again taken my request #1-40123242349. I am not sure if they will complete the request as promised by 5th June and hence logding a complaint. Please help me in getting back this recharged amount Rs.220 that I had recharged today. This is total failure of service and compensation is a must from Tata Sky.

Please help in getting back the Rs.500 and Rs.220 and also ensure the connection is termination.
