1) I called up customer care to installed my old tata sky device to new address. 2) Service person came and installed device on 28 Dec 13 3) About charges he said 150+175+200 out of which 200 is service fee which will be deducted from your account and rest you have to pay now which I did. 4) I recharge my account with 500 ( 300 monthly package + 200 for service fee ) 5) today i got sms saying that the total fee 625 for my service is deducted from my balance and now my balance is -200 6) I called up customer care executive and they said this is the information they got from service person and they will enquire and let us know but they didn’t give me any request number and they also deactivate all the channel.
