I have been a Tata Sky customer since August 2012. My customer ID is 1089824831. I bought a Tata Sky connection (with the whole kit) in August 2012 and when the installer came to my building (Raheja Vihar – Chandiwali – Mumbai) they told me that my building has a common disk so they do not need to install my disk and connector and they took it back with them. They also informed me that when I shift to a new place they will come and install the new disk without charging me again as I have already paid for it. I shifted to a new place on 11th Jan 2013 and I called up the customer care for installing it to my new address. Firstly the person who had to come and installant the connection did not turn up so I took away my own set top box and came to my new house. Tata Sky Customer service executive told me that the new kit will be given to me as I had already paid for it. They also told me that I have to pay the charges of the wiring in cash to the installer. The installer came and installed and charged me Rs. 560 (in cash). Next day I got a message saying that Rs. 850 is deducted from my account. Post that my Tata Sky connection was cut. It took me more than 10 days to restart my connection and that also after me recharging it again. The customer care executives and supervisors have been giving me false promises and then going back on their word. Today I got a call from Tata Sky saying they will not refund the money they have cut for new kit. I am extremely disappointed and displeased with this whole episode. The only reason why I took a Tata Sky connection is because I had faith in the name and I believed they you guys will be fair and will not dupe me. But I guess I was wrong. This has been the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. I would like to see some action if you do value your customers.

Lost 625 Rs. and also no connection for more than 10 days and continuous calls from Tata Sky everyday. Harassment and rude behaviour from customer service executives.
