Have 2 Tata sky connections and have subscribed to the highest channel package called Mega pack, was promised any new channels added would be automatically added to my channel package but now they have gone back on the promise made. A special category channels have been created for which I need to pay extra. This was not informed to me when I renewed the account in nov 2013

Just like mobile number portability that TRAI has recently introduced we should have a DTH portability which will have a check on these monopolistic trade practice.
