Tata Sky – No Service and Incorrect Information

I had got a new Tata Sky Connection on 29-April-14. I was informed by the installation person that if I get a secondary connection for my other TV, I would have to pay an additional INR 2200 upfront and then INR 200 every Month. My primary connection cost me INR 2450, which I also paid. Totalling upto INR 4650. I was told that my secondary connection would take 30 minutes to activate. The time was around 5PM. It is 11PM on 30-Apr-14 now and my services on my secondary connection have not been activated. Despite repeated calls to Tata Sky helpline number and filing a complaint with them, I have had no positive response or resolution. They just keep giving me false promises that it would be activated (each representative gave me a different timeline, all which has been exceeded.)

My services activated with compensation or my money refunded with compensation.
