ts been 1 week since I requested in tata sky from my default package for channel to pack called “Make my pack”. But they declined change my pack saying my set top box is in one type of scheme and in which I can not opt for changing pack. But after my complaint in twitter they called me 2-3 times and said my query will be resolved but till now my pack is not changed. I feel cheated because there is no rule in the subscriber document that I can not avail “Make my pack”.

think 1 week is more than enough time for tata sky to avail services to me in which they are failed. Also I called to help center so many times which costed me around 50 rupees because their help center number is not free. Also so much time wasted in twitting and emailing them many times. So I would I like get 10000 INR as refund.
