On the 26th of May suddenly Combo HBO Package and HD package was activated on my account, without any permission of knowledge, none of the above are free packages, they are charged. I spoke to tata sky representative they say i got a call. i checked my phone details, i have got no call. this is a case of harassing the customer..

they put charge on my account without my knowledge, its good i caught it in one day, or else the bill would have become big..

i want them to stop harassing me and hacking into my account.. wont mind if they want to compensate.
