Our service is out for last 7 days. This is the third outage in the last two months. I have done numerous phone calls to their customer service and till date no technician turned up. When ever a new request is raised, next day it will be closed without attending but the TATA SKY customer service is excellent to collect their annual subscription. Presently waiting for a technician to come is insulting and dishonorable. Being a annual subscriber i have lost more than 20 days of subscription money which i have already paid but never get to use the service. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible without any hassle.
