Sir/Madam I am a regular subscriber of Tata Sky on yearly basis and due date for payment was 12-05-2014. I deposited Rs.3520/- + Rs.2200/- for additional connection on 09-05-2014for one year before the due date of payment. I was surprised to see the due date for next payment is shown as 11-05-2015 instead of 12-05-2015. I approached to customer care many times on 12-05-2014 and told them that the payment is on yearly basis and can also be seen on the website of Tata Sky as ( 320 per month | 1,800 semi-annually 3,520 per annum). I also tried to convince them by giving an example that if you deposit the money for a year in any bank on 12-05-2014 the due date of payment will be 12-05-2015. But I could not get the satisfactory reply. I also made a complaint on help@tatasky.com (Complaint No. 1-28868105831) but they have not replied to my complaint. In this case I humbly request to take immediate action to stop the service provider to make huge money by reducing one day every year and cheating the thousands of Tata Sky subscribers and also request to get restored the correct due date as 12-05-2015.
