I have logged a call with Tata Sky WO 1-21112496611 on Tuesday 11th June 2013 and the executive informed that engineer would visit on Wednesday to fix the problem. On Wednesday I received a text from Tata saying the call will be attended on Thursday and nobody turned up. Engineer visited on saturday and said DTH box needs to be replaced and till date nothing has been done. Thay also have falsely closed the case without fixing the problem.
My TV is down for a week now and till date I don’t have any clue when it will be fixed. I have already paid for the Tata Sky connection for 1 year and have lost 7 days already. With the false commitments from Tata sky executives and closing the case without resolving the matter, I have been mentally disturbed. I am really frustrated being a consumer not getting the service I should get.
A quick resolution to my problem and refund the days I lost because of Tata Sky service. I also want them to put the Escalation matrix on the website as it is very frustrating to speak to call center and getting the false commitments day in and day out. There should be a grievance cell on Tata sky website with the details of contact.
