I have been a customer of Tata Sky for more than 8 years.My MPEG2 compatible set top box was upgraded to a MPEG4 compatible set top box yesterday.The normal TAT for activating the new box is 1.5 hours. However, the box has not been activated even after 24 hours. I contacted the customer care staff and nodal officer but no one has been willing to help.

I am unable to view any of the channels.

Immediate activation of services.
