I had requested a relocation of my Tata Sky connection within the city. When the technician came to install, He sold me a HDMI cable for Rs. 400 (in market, costs Rs. 150) and another Rs. 100 for extra wire he said he used for installation while in reality no extra wire was used. he did not give me any receipt and also asked me to not tell the call centre for him taking the money. Also, an amount of Rs. 400 was deducted from my Tata Sky account while the actual charges for relocation within city is only Rs. 200 I call the customer care and raised a complaint number 1-39273940996 on 11th of May but till today it has not been resolved.
Refund of Rs. 550 (deduct Rs. 150 for HDMI cable from the Rs. 500 the technician took from me) + Rs. 200 extra charged as relocation fees.
