I had Launched an Complain regarding change of my TATA SKY SET TOP BOX(to MPEG4)on May 25 2015. MY Service Request No. is: 1-39793943988 But No service man had came yet from TATA SKY to change my SET OF BOX and I am unable to watch my favourite channels and no further Steps had taken place.While talking to them they DO Not give any satisfactory answer.

My money is going wasted as I am unable to see many Channels From May 20 2015 till today June 2 2015.

I want that my SET TOP BOX should be get repaired and also I want My money refund From MAY 25 2015 to 2 June 2015 with a compensation.
